So far, Yilida has owned 25 production lines with an annual output of 35,000 tons. Our metal mesh products have been widely used in many industries such as safety protection, building decoration, engineering construction, filtration and automobile. However, we do not stop moving forward, we still work hard to fight on the journey of R&D and innovation.

Enlarged the factory area and introduced advanced equipment.
In order to meet the larger development needs of the enterprise, Yillida purchased 32,000 m2 land for the factory scale expansion and construction. In addition, Yilida introduced many expanded metal production machines, cutting machines, leveling machines and other production equipment, to better meet our customers demands for large orders.

Took part in the expanded metal national standard draft.
Mr. Song Tieling, chairman of Yilida, was invited to take part in the expanded metal national standard (GB/T 33275-2016) drafting by virtue of his many years of research and practical production experience in expanded metal, making a huge contribution to promoting the standardized production of the industry.

業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)大，在河北省石家莊設(shè)立辦事處。
隨著業(yè)務(wù)的不斷擴(kuò)大，產(chǎn)品不僅銷往國內(nèi)，還遠(yuǎn)銷南美、北美、歐洲、中東及東南亞等地，被政府列為明星企業(yè)。
同年，億利達(dá)在河北省省會石家莊設(shè)立辦事處，以吸引更多的人才。

自主研發(fā)重型沖壓設(shè)備。
億利達(dá)年產(chǎn)量突破15000噸。 此外，億利達(dá)自主研發(fā)了重型沖壓設(shè)備和后續(xù)加工的整平、切割、壓制設(shè)備，滿足客戶不同應(yīng)用的定制化需求。
2005

獲得自營進(jìn)出口權(quán)。
注冊億利達(dá)金屬絲網(wǎng)有限公司，擁有自營進(jìn)出口權(quán)，并獲得源源不斷的出口訂單。
公司不斷改進(jìn)設(shè)備和技術(shù)以滿足國內(nèi)外客戶的質(zhì)量要求。
2003

擴(kuò)大了企業(yè)規(guī)模。
政府推動絲網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，建立工業(yè)園區(qū)。 億利達(dá)購置8000平方米土地用于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展。
同年，億利達(dá)完善QC體系，成立研發(fā)部。
1998

成立鐵嶺鋼板網(wǎng)廠。
隨著業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展和訂單的不斷增加，宋先生成立了“鐵嶺鋼板網(wǎng)廠”，購置了5臺鋼板網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)機(jī)器，以滿足不同尺寸和要求的鋼板網(wǎng)。 產(chǎn)品以質(zhì)量獲得了良好的聲譽(yù)。

宋先生購買了第一臺鋼板網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)機(jī)器，開始了從鋼絲到鋼板網(wǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型，面向本土市場，為未來的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

安平絲網(wǎng)逐漸被國際市場接受，應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷拓展。 宋先生在盤錦市經(jīng)營一家商店。 主要業(yè)務(wù)是在當(dāng)?shù)厥袌鲣N售鋼絲和進(jìn)口絲網(wǎng)。

Started a startup and bought wire drawing machines.
Mr. Song Tieling started his business career, he built a factory of about 200 m2 and bought several wire drawing machines. The main business was to produce steel wires for weaving factory.
